Contains Milk Thistle which Enhances support normal liver function. Each capsule contains 100 mg of Milk Thistle extract, standardized to 80% Silymarin, in a blend of supportive herbs. May be used with Cleansing Laxative and Cleansing Fiber as a part of ZAND's one week Quick Cleanse Program.

For Cleansing Fiber Formula: 200 Capsules ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: 425 mg of Psyllium seed and husk (Plantago ovata) in a 104 mg proprietary blend of Licorice root, Apple Pectin, Bentonite Clay, Kaolin Clay, Slippery Elm bark, Pau D'Arco bark, Peppermint leaf and Chlorella.

Suggested Use for Cleansing Fiber Formula |
|
|
Take this product with at least 12 ounces of water or other liquid. Under 100 lbs take 2-6 capsules, 2-3 times daily. Over 100 lbs take Up to 9 capsules, 2-3 times daily. If you have not used a psyllium product before, start by taking 2 capsules twice daily and increase dose each day by one capsule until you have reached 6 capsules twice daily. Children under the age of 12, consult a health care professional before using. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking (see warnings).

When taken without adequate fluid, this product may swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health care professional before using this product. May cause allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
